Over the past few weeks, we have witnessed a series of executive orders and policy changes from the federal government that have caused uncertainty and concern for many in our community. Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

NJ Immigration Trust Directive

We also want to highlight the protections provided by the New Jersey Immigration Trust Directive. This directive ensures that New Jersey police officers, including our University Police, cannot participate in federal immigration enforcement efforts, including raids, detaining individuals based solely on immigration status, or inquiring about a person’s immigration status except in specific criminal investigations. If you or someone you know on campus is contacted by an ICE officer, please contact University Police immediately.
